We conducted a thorough analysis of client feedback including testimonials, Net Promoter Scores (NPS) comments, and interviews to identify Bench's unique selling proposition and brand value. Our research revealed that clients highly value having a dedicated bookkeeper to rely on, someone they can trust, and who can support them. We refreshed our iconic imagery with new photography to better reflect our brand and values.

The Impact 📈
After adding more sets of images, I was able to run multiple tests on our highest-performing paid ad layout. By doing so, I could analyze the effectiveness of each iteration to determine which one would yield the best results. This allowed me to refine the ad layout further, and ensure that we are utilizing the most effective strategy to reach our target audience.
